The V8 Mini series is Midea's compact solution designed specifically for small commercial and residential VRF applications. With capacities ranging from 8-18kW (single-phase 220-240V) or 12-18kW (three-phase 380-415V), the V8 Mini offers the perfect balance of performance and compact footprint for installations where space is at a premium.
Featuring eco-friendly R32 refrigerant with a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of just 675, the V8 Mini series delivers significantly lower environmental impact compared to R410A systems while maintaining excellent performance. The innovative M-Holmes R32 safety technology provides comprehensive protection including refrigerant cutoff devices, alarm systems, and leak detection sensors for safe operation in occupied spaces.
Despite its compact size, the V8 Mini series incorporates Midea's advanced VRF technologies including SuperSense 13-sensor monitoring, META 2.0 intelligent control, and Full DC Inverter technology. The 15°C supercooling technology extends piping capacity, while the ultra-low 3.5W standby power consumption ensures energy efficiency even when the system is not actively cooling or heating.
With a 50%-160% combination ratio and HyperLink communication supporting up to 2000 meters, the V8 Mini series is ideal for small retail shops, apartments, home offices, and projects looking to replace traditional split systems with more efficient VRF technology. Note: V8 Mini series indoor units must be installed at a minimum height of 1.8m and are only compatible with V8 indoor units.
