Featuring a two-stage compression architecture refined through aviation engineering principles, the MagBoost achieves measurable efficiency gains at both full load and partial load conditions. Permanent magnet synchronous motor technology works in harmony with the compression system across the complete capacity envelope, while microchannel heat exchanger technology reduces required refrigerant charge while improving heat transfer performance.
Advanced 20kHz position monitoring maintains rotor stability within micrometer tolerances. The system includes self-power generation capability for controlled shutdown during power anomalies, with standby bearings providing mechanical protection. Operating with cooling water supply temperatures as low as 12°C, single-compressor capacity extends down to 10% of rated output.
With COP reaching 6.774 under test conditions and IPLV values to 12.03, the MagBoost delivers exceptional energy efficiency. The comprehensive warranty package covers the complete unit for five years and the magnetic bearing assembly for ten years. Design provisions accommodate future refrigerant transitions to R1234ze, R513A, or R515B as environmental regulations evolve.
