The Midea Air Cooled Scroll Chiller family was engineered to prevent facility cooling emergencies. Featuring fully enclosed scroll compressors with fewer moving parts and Independent Digital Valving (IDV) for precise capacity modulation, these chillers deliver reliable performance and stable water temperatures that eliminate comfort complaints.

Product Overview

Facility managers rely on the Midea RHAE/RCAE (319.9-860 kW) and RHAG/RCAG (340-920 kW) series scroll chillers for uninterrupted cooling performance. With AHRI-certified IPLV ratings of 4.7-4.8, these units deliver top-tier part-load efficiency, translating directly into lower electricity bills since commercial buildings operate at part load 85-90% of the time.

Up to 8 units can operate in intelligent parallel configuration, with the central controller automatically sequencing units to balance running hours, manage peak demand, and ensure even wear distribution. The optional desuperheater heat-recovery circuit captures condenser waste heat to pre-heat domestic hot water at 40°C or 55°C output, reducing boiler operating hours and associated costs.
